Premco Micro Concrete Fiber

Premco Microfiber – high performance polypropylene monofilament fiber. Developed to reduce microplastic shrinkage and cracking during concrete hardening, to improve the strength characteristics of concrete and the quality of its surface. Fibers are also used in dry building mixes, plasters, liquid wallpaper and in the production of batteries for vehicles.

Usage

Premco microfiber is added to the mixer before, during or after dosing of other concrete materials. Mixing time is at least 5 minutes. Premco microfiber is compatible with all commonly used concrete additives and performance enhancing chemicals. It is noninflammable and not dangerous to human health.

Dosage

Premco microfiber is ready for use with dosage 0,9 kg/m3 of mortar or concrete. If you want to get only a decrease in surface cracking, it is enough to use 0,6 kg/m3 of concrete or mortar. For dry building mixtures, 0,6 kg/m3 is usually used.
