Premco American Building Product provides a life time warranty/25 years product limited warranty for all composite materials

MATERIAL WARRANTY LIMITATION
If used as instructed during the product’s shelf life, PREMCO promises the product to be free from manufacturing defects and to match the technical specifications listed on the most recent Product Data Sheet for a year after installation. The product’s fitness for the intended use is determined by the user, who also bears any associated risks. The buyer’s only remedy is restricted to the purchase price or replacement of the goods, excluding labour costs.
OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SUCH AS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT APPLY. PREMCO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY. When this product is used in a way that violates someone else’s patent or intellectual property rights, PREMCO will not be held accountable.
